This online workshop is for educational professionals will explore different ways to use music and rhythm in an educational setting to help with regulation, expression, communication and managing transitions.

Music means something to us all; creating an individual and personal response. Music and rhythm can be motivating and relaxing, creating a biochemical response in the brain. Sound is also the fastest way to stimulate the brain and shape change!

Learning Objectives:

● A workshop for all where practical ideas will be shared and explored
● How to use music in everyday routines at school
● How to use music in periods of dysregulation, in order to support emotional
regulation
● Enhance your educators tool kit
