The Family Place is proud to be part of the Adopting Together Service which has been rated as outstanding.
We provide a range of professional consultation and supervision and have a very highly qualified team which includes three Theraplay® supervisors, four DDP consultants, four By Your Side supervisors and very experienced clinicians.
TheraplayⓇ group supervision
The Family Place has three accredited Theraplay supervisors in the team. We are currently offering small supervision groups. We also deliver large group in-person supervision workshops and Theraplay development and refresher days from time to time.
DDP supervision
We have four DDP consultants in the team able to provide accredited DDP supervision. We also provide DDP development sessions for a number of agencies (e.g. half day online with a team).
Bespoke supervision and consultation to organisations
We are able to provide bespoke consultation and supervision to organisations. A typical example would be regular consultation to a residential organisation, independent fostering agency or specialist school.
Conference presentations
Several of our team members have national and international reputations and are invited to present at conferences.
