Navigating Systems and Support Workshop for Parents: Adoptive, Foster Carers, SGO and Kinship

16 March 2026, 10:00am - 12:00pm

Workshop Overview

Navigating complex systems to find the right help for your child can feel overwhelming. This online session is designed to guide parents through the process of accessing support, whether that means specialist education, additional help in schools, or family therapeutic services.

During the session, we’ll address the most common questions parents face and share practical guidance. We’ll also explore how parents can build effective, collaborative relationships with the professionals and other adults involved in your child’s care, ensuring that everyone works together to support your child’s needs.

Who Is This Workshop For?

Open to adopters, foster carers, SGOs and kinship carers
