Course Overview

This two hour online workshop explores our relationship with music and the exciting benefits of how it can be used as a tool to support a child’s emotional regulation. Music means something to us all; creating an individual and personal response. Music can be motivating and relaxing, creating a biochemical response in the brain. Sound is also the fastest way to stimulate the brain and shape change!
