Sara joined The Family Place in February 2016 and her career in Human Resources across the not-for-profit, private and public sectors has proved invaluable experience in equipping her for her varied role at The Family Place as HR and Compliance Manager.
In addition to her HR responsibilities, Sara works closely with Laura Harrison and Kay Exton, in their respective roles of Responsible Individual and Registered Manager, to ensure compliance across all areas of the business.
Sara has worked in a range of settings, including 12 years within the care industry for an occupational, industry charity supporting vulnerable employees and their families. Sara is passionate about family and our work to support children and families.
